There is a movie that follows a family in a desert. Then they get
stuck and get attacked from mutants. Then the father falls into a
giant car pit where he finds their SUV. They eventually find a video
tape of a girl who was in this town. The family escapes and goes to a
motel. They get food at a restaurant and the waiter is the girl in the
video tape but she has no emotion. The the mutants attack the family
at the hotel. At the end it shows the family at a gas station where no
of them like the girl has no emotion
